  My mom just started going to the Montana Center to deal with her S I joint. I’ve gone with her both times she’s been there. They don’t just take care of the patient. They also help the family deal with the pain that’s going on with the patient. I appreciate it big time. Everyone there is amazing.

  Would of loved to go here, and experience the Dr.s who most likely would of been amazing help and done great things, becuase I've heard there good doctors. BUT I never got a chance to go becuase the office staff was soo rude and un caring and unhelping and had me in tears over asking for documentation. I was in a car accident over a year ago, that wasn't my fault...I was the passenger in the car that got hit and it messed my life up so bad, and here I am a year later still dealing with it, the pain, the endless doctor's, physical therapist...and I thought the wellness Center would finally help me. But the catch is becuase its and automotive accident my insurance won't cover it, so they want 100$ up front. I'm a single mom can't afford to dish out 100$ like it's nothing. So I asked for a copy of the policy stating that, or for a letter to give to my lawyer so that it could be paid or I could be paid back. The supervisor I talked to was so rude to me for asking for it, and just kept stating "it's out of our policy, to give you our policy". Becuase that makes alot of sense right? I was in tears when I got off the phone with her. Told her to just take me off schedule, and I'd be seen else where. She replied with "gladly" as I was in tears.

  So far I have only dealt with the staff. I missed my 1st appt and they have been so accommodating. I will be going there in a couple of days and I can't wait. I am a Veteran and have not had much success with the VA in Helena. It is a privilege to go to this place. The Veterans I have spoken to have nothing but great things to say about their treatment. I have never been so excited to see a Doctor that cares about each and every patient. I am NOT used to that.
