- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I would completely agree with Chad D. on his description of Dan and his attitude towards customers. I switched my policies there a few weeks ago. Communication has been worse than poor and when I calmly described the issues I was having with his agency he told me to take it down a notch.
